Founded in 2018 by Eric Bedrossian, Stéphane Bettini and Guillaume Kirszner, Mont Thabor is a group specializing in the investment and management of innovative and high value-added real estate projects that address the environmental and social challenges of the City.
Mont Thabor Asset Management designs, develops and manages, alongside institutional and private investors, real estate projects, mainly tertiary and industrial, which respond to the challenges of the ecological transition of the City.





From February 2020 ,
In the midst of the COVID pandemic, Mont Thabor developed an intra-urban logistics hotel concept by acquiring, one month before the first lockdown, a neglected space: an unused 16,000 m2 public parking lot located in the heart of Paris, on the most beautiful avenue in the world, at 66 Avenue des Champs-Elysées.
The concept?
Responding to one of the priorities of the City's planning policies by developing in the heart of Paris a new industrial tool for intra-urban logistics serving traders, in infrastructure, in an invisible space, as efficient but more versatile than the XL warehouses called "Big Box" located on the outskirts of cities.
What are the stakes?
The COVID pandemic was a "particle accelerator" for our concept, which highlighted the challenges for the City and its inhabitants with the need to reduce car traffic while offering local businesses a competitive logistics solution to compete with e-commerce.
Such a solution must necessarily be part of the "City of tomorrow" by developing an urban logistics hotel without artificializing the soil, without CO2 emissions and without nuisance to local residents.
From concept to reality…
Sharing the same observations and the same ambitions, Swiss Life Asset Managers (SLAM) joined Mont Thabor in 2022 with the desire to respond to the same challenges for the City.
Mont Thabor and SLAM developed this concept with
" Logistics Workshop ".
“ Atelier Logistique ”, which will open its doors at the end of 2025, is the first innovative and unique intra-urban “ Supply Chain Retail ” solution, which aims in particular to meet the objective of “zero nuisance and zero emissions”.
“ Logistics Workshop ” incorporates a disruptive technical innovation with 100% French technology which notably allows goods to cross parking ramps in a mechanized and automated way with the assistance of AI.
“ Logistics Workshop ” will thus allow retailers and local residents to benefit from the same level of logistical efficiency, in the heart of Paris, as an XL logistics site on the outskirts.

How can intra-urban logistics coexist within a real estate complex alongside shops, offices, business activity, and residents, without causing nuisance to local residents?
It involves upstream expertise and the management of an industrial tool that coexists with other activities.
BRIGHT HOUSE manages the real estate of an intra-urban logistics that integrates into the heart of the City, developing in its infrastructure, within its independent buildings or in co-ownership.
